Make buyers' life easier. How? First, by making all homes for sale in Canada and Quebec accessible from a single place. Then, by providing a tool to structure all this information. Finally, by allowing the different buyers, real estate professionals and owners to discuss with each other and add information that makes a home or a property unique and that you won't necessarily find in an advertisement.

The site was created by Jean-Sébastien Bouchard and Samuel Bouchard, two cousins from the Quebec area. They are now working with a small team of computer programmers.

The equation is simple: house sold = happy agent. If buyers see their property on Waka, it means that somebody is selling it at the other end. Moreover, we give agents the opportunity to communicate directly with the community to show their expertise.
