Wakahomes.com offers two types of search to find THE home of your dreams. It gathers under a single roof the properties of more than 450 real estate sites in Quebec and Canada.

Wakahomes.com is a search engine that collects ads from more than 450 real estate websites of Canada under the same roof. You can not directly post an ad for your property.

Your home first needs to be registered on a website indexed by Waka to get in Waka's search results.

Wakahomes.com uses « robots » to update its database. Those robots, depending on the quantity and quality of the information they need to filter, retrieve updates every 2 to 5 days.

Every real estate websites do not attach the same importance to how the information is presented. For example, some separate the property characteristics by specific fields (type, number of rooms, year of construction, etc.), while others leave an empty field to type a complete description of the property. Wakahomes.com is sensitive to this kind of details, sometimes, it might somewhat not be able to treat the information it has found. This can result in errors or missing listings.

As for any other search engine, indexation on Wakahomes.com is not immediate. Depending on the number of suggestions, it can be longer or shorter.

The sites that have not been added to our index do not contain real estate listings or have a structure that is too complicated for our robots, and then we can not give appropriate results to buyers. In this case, we contact the person that suggested the site to tell him why it has been refused.

It is not possible for the moment to make a search with this kind of criteria. As no real estate websites are the same in their structure and how they present information, it makes it hard to appropriately gather this kind of information for all results.

You first have to get to your favorites folder in the advanced search section. Then find the home you want to delete, select it and press on the toolbar's button labeled "Remove from favorites". You may also use the "Delete" button on your keyboard to do it.
